I had a strange thing happen over the last two days. I just didn't feel "Good", it was hard to explain, but in general, I felt like I was less on my toes. Worse, I had physical symptoms, I had a scathing headache last night, and some wierd leg pain, and my left leg felt "Warm", like someone was pouring hot water over it! At first I was thinking this was pretty serious, and was concerned, so I explained the symptoms to my wife, and she seemed to think it was a pinched nerve or something because I had no other symptoms.

The symptoms progressed into today, I just was feeling "Poor" all day. Then something magical happened.. I realised that both days, one thing was shared in common, I missed my usual dose of 2 cups of coffee! Could it be this simple? Well it was easy to test... So I ran to the Stardock break room, started a pot of coffee brewing, poured me a cup, and headed back to my office.

Within 30 minutes, I felt like I normally do, pretty good, and the symptoms were all but gone.. No trace of my nagging headache, my leg felt normal, and I felt better overall.. WHATS UP WITH THAT!!! Then I remembered an article my wife showed me Link

Which seems to say that coffee isn't all that bad, and in fact, can actually be amazingly helpful.... Go figure... Feeling down? Easy solution, brew a cup of java! LOL! Am I addicted? Is there any turning back?

Why would you want to turn back?

Green Tea has so little Caffine compared to Coffee. Thats where I was missing out the last two days. I supplimented my daily coffee doses, with hot tea, and lost about 90% of my caffine intake, and boy did I pay for that!

Lesson learned, i'll drink green tea in ADDITION to those 2-3 cups of coffee per day, and probably feel much better in the process.

Silly me.
